The Blaze has a deeper, wider body than standard pressure cookers, which makes it particularly well-suited to the large volumes of rice, meat, and daal. It features the Controlled Gasket Release System (CGRS) for added safety, a precision steam indicator (air pin), and a heavy-gauge aluminium body that distributes heat evenly for consistent results.
