Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders within Karachi are delivered the same or next day. For all other cities across Pakistan, delivery takes 3–4 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat shipping fee of PKR 299 on every order, anywhere in Pakistan. Orders above PKR 10,000 get free shipping.
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver to cities and towns across Pakistan.
How can I check the status of my order?
Send us your order number on WhatsApp and we’ll update you on where your order is.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll take care of it.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with Cash on Delivery or Direct Bank Transfer.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. You can pay in cash when your order is delivered to your door.
Do I get a discount for paying by bank transfer?
Yes, you get 5% off when you choose Direct Bank Transfer at checkout.
Is it safe to order from your website?
Yes. Our checkout is secure, and with Cash on Delivery you only pay once your order is in your hands.
Products
Are your products good quality?
We only stock high-quality kitchenware that we’re confident in, from cookware and food storage to tableware and water bottles. Quality is the reason KitchenHub exists.
Do the products look the same as the pictures?
We use real product photos and describe each item clearly, including size and material, so you know exactly what you’re getting. If you’d like more photos or details about a product, just ask us on WhatsApp.
What if my item arrives damaged or I receive the wrong product?
Please contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the item, and our team will sort it out for you.
